A slice of heaven


Choco-story, the first museum of Chocolate in Paris has opened last Febuary 5th at Boulevard Bonne nouvelle, tracing 4000 years of History of cocoa. Designed by Van Belle family, originally from Belgium, Choco-Story is a private institution, which first opened its doors in Bruges (Belgium) in 2004. A second museum was then located in Prague, Czech Republic, in 2008. Paris became the third European city to discover the history of chocolate to its inhabitants.
Discover in this temple of chocolate lovers, pictures, flavours, smells and temporary exhibitions.
A nice trip into senses ! But...Take care : don't go there without eating, It can be a huge mistake :D

What visitors?
Children, adolescents, adults, seniors, groups, schools ... all that chocolate piece! Open All year, 7 days on 7, 10 and 18 pm (last entry at 17h)

EUR 8 students,
+ 65 groups (15 people min., reservations recommended)
6 euros children (6 to 12 years)
Free for children under 6 years
Average length of visite1 to 2 hours

Métro: Bonne Nouvelle or Strasbourg Saint-Denis
Bus: lines 20, 39 or 48; stops Poissonniere - Good News or Porte Saint-Denis
Free bus parking (drop-off outside the museum);
Public Car Parking available by the rue d'Hauteville (at the foot of the museum).
